YES - You will need a TWAIN compliant scanner and should have a page feeder for best results.
Scanned documents or disclosures are saved in PDF format for viewing or printing.

You have several other options to choose from.
1) You can use PCAnywhere from your home computer to run Classic Trak-It at your office. Your office computer needs to be running at the time.
2) you can use VNC Virtual Private Network in much the same way.
3) Use GoToMeeting or LogMeIn.
4) Terminal services is another choice.
Will the trial program expire at some point in time? Does it limit the number of entries?
The trial version will expire in 21 days. It is a full function software program.

There is no reason why you could not change all of the disclosure document names to be compatible with any and all required lending documents for a prospective borrower.

The trial version is fully functioning and you can add as many properties or information you want. You are however limited to 21 days with the trial version. You can purchase the trial version, activate it and save all of your data.

You could install the workstation software on any number of computers.
If it is a 5 user network version then only 5 users could run the program at the same time.
You can also use VPN Virtual Private Network, PCAnywhere, LogMeIn, GoToMeeting and other software programs to access your data remotely.
Classic Trak-It ships with a very sophisticated security system.
Example: If you logon to Classic Trak-It with and ID of GUEST and a Password of PASSWORD in uppercase you will notice the following.
The quest user can only look at the following:
1) Guest can view but not edit property information.
2) Guest CAN NOT view 'Manager Notes'.
3) Guest can send property information to another outside agent via e-mail.
4) There are more, but this gives you the general idea.

There are no issues with this configuration at all. You can use terminal services, PCAnywhere, GoToMyPc, REALVNC or several other programs.
Each user would need their own ID and PASSWORD, but should not have administrator rights.

Outlook Express is not a COM object and cannot be interfaced with Classic Trak-It.
Microsoft Office Outlook and Microsoft Office Word ship with Microsoft Office.
All E-Mail and word documents are interfaced with our software using Microsoft Office.
There is no reason why you cannot use Outlook Express and Microsoft Office Outlook, and Office Outlook has many more features and Outlook Express.

Classic Trak-It was designed to be a total real estate office solution.
a) Your own detailed database for each property from listing to closing including production reporting for listings, pending and closed sales.
b) Prospecting contact management for buyers and sellers. Each agent/user has their own prospect buyer or seller client list and cannot be viewed by other agents.
